The function of this area is to promote a policy of communication of science in a universally understood language. Communication is a tool and another element that contributes to the social appropriation of scientific and technological knowledge.

- Make projects and broadcast the IBR activities.
- Serve as a link between the IBR and the direction of institutional relations of CONICET.
- Collaborate in the valorization of the scientific culture in Rosario and its region.
- Design of logos, material for courses, workshops and conferences.
- Editor of scientific institutional memory.
